Birds From Dinosaurs

Crafting songs inspired by 60's psychedelia filtered through the prism of 90's indie guitar rock, Birds From Dinosaurs are made up of four long playing musicians from Southeast Michigan. With lyrics that are often cryptic and deeply personal, singer/songwriter Jamiel Dado (The Interior Project) fashions slow haunting melodies. Bassist Regan May (Pewter Cub), guitarist Doug Smith (Sea of Japan, shoe., Dead Nettles, Exploding Pages), and drummer Mark Tabor(Capitol Cities) create a powerful foundation that elevates and compliments Jamiel's unique writing style.
