The Broken Strings

The Broken Strings are an up and coming Indie Rock band based out of Detroit, Michigan. The band was formed in early 2023 by lifelong friends Brendan, Jack, Jimmy, and Dimitri. The members had been making music for years prior to the formation of The Broken Strings, with Brendan starting off with his solo projects. Though the band members have been friends for years, it wasn't until their graduations from Wayne State University that The Broken Strings would officially take off.

The band brings together their own styles of music to create a new revival of indie garage rock in the modern era. With influences from early 2000's indie, post punk, and garage rock revival bands, The Broken strings intend on bringing their new style to the Detroit underground rock scene.
