The Sugar Clouds

Formerly known as The Hosts, the band is the post-divorce project of Greg & Melissa Host and includes some of Detroit’s finest musicians. In addition to Greg on guitar, keys and vocals and Melissa on vocals and percussion, the band is rounded out by scenester drummer Jim Faulkner, bassist Michigan Todd Breadon and new guitarist, Jim Konen. The Sugar Clouds bring a wide range of sounds to the assembly line, but with an overriding reverence for 60s-style psychedelic jangle-pop and garage rock.
