Vultures of Culture

Vultures of Culture began as a songwriting project by local veteran vocalist Luke DeWitt and guitarist Dave Goodman. Along with bassist Matt LaFleur, drummer Mike Birchler, and guitarist Josh Friedman, Vultures of Culture spent their time during the COVID 19 lockdown crafting the tunes that they use to pummel audiences with a mix of alternative rock, power pop, and old-school heavy metal. Sponge producer/guitarist Andy Patalan engineered and produced their debut album, "Out of The Darkness." Opening for national acts such as Vertical Horizon and Sponge, the band has been tearing the roof off of venues since 2020 and has no plans to stop.
