About The Venue

Constructed in 1907, St. Andrew's Hall is was the historic meeting site for the St. Andrew's Scottish Society of Detroit. This iconic venue, has hosted a multitude of live acts and is a favorite of Detroiters young and old. The largest location, the Main Ballroom, features a hardwood dance floor, a bar over 35 feet long, an in-house sound and lighting system as well as a unique VIP balcony level offering prime viewing opportunities of the stage. Located on the lower level, The Shelter offers a private bar, stage, cabaret seating, a DJ booth, red curtains and private rooms. Going upstairs, The Society Room is a luxurious, intimate lounge space with a vintage feel–-including exposed brick, original floors, and one-hundred-year-old windows. All rooms have open floor plans and can accommodate seating configurations for groups of all sizes and needs.
