Psych War: “… devastating band from Philadelphia… What can I say about this album? First of all, it didn’t disappoint expectations since it’s even better than the demo, then it contains 11 tracks of pure crust punk like I haven’t heard in a long time. The influences are multiple, but Sweden is the master. The voice sometimes reminds me of Jonsson in the very early Wolfpack, other times Jocke from Dischange/Meanwhile, as for the music, pre Tompa’s Disfear were definitely a great inspiration. But Psych-War don’t stop there and in fact there are also Motorpunk essences and a couple of nice mid-tempo pieces, all enriched by some nice guitar work of Bolt Throwerish memory and some stenchy breakdowns that enhance the power of this album.” –agripunkrecordsNoxaTechnocrat
