Porch Sessions ’25
Get ready for a beautiful summer day of music, fun, and community for the third annual 2025 Pleasant Ridge Porch Sessions! Join us for a series of outdoor concerts on the porches of our beautiful neighborhood. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the sounds of summer in Pleasant Ridge, MI!
Twenty bands are playing at 10 different addresses on Saturday, August 23rd, ‘2025, from noon until 6pm. Followed by an after party at Cathel Color Company with DJ POWDERBLU. All donations got to: Ferndale Marching Band.
This is Raccoon Dogs 3rd year playing Porch Sessions. Our wonderful hosts at 38 Ridge are fans of live music, supportive to the bands, and very generous to open their property to the public for this event. Jessica Wright, singer and songwriter of Mood Date who plays at 3pm at the same address, is the organizer for this event which is sponsored by The Pleasant Ridge Foundation. She puts a lot of effort into planning and making it all go smoothly while also fundraising for the Ferndale Marching Band through donations accepted at each address. (100% goes to the FMB) Every year is a complete blast for the musicians and the crowd. Check out the lineup then walk from address to address to experience various bands. Then meetup at the official after party hosted by and at the Cathel Color Company, featuring DJ Powderblu from 4-8pm.
